润欣牌骨乐胶囊增加骨密度的动物实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]检测润欣牌骨乐胶囊是否具有增加动物骨密度的作用。[目的]采用动物实验,测定各组动物的骨密度和骨钙含量。[结果]高剂量碳酸钙组左股骨骨密度显著高于低碳酸钙组(P﹤0.05),润欣牌骨乐胶囊低、中、高3个剂量组的左股骨骨密度与低钙对照组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05～0.01)。[结论]润欣牌骨乐胶囊具有增加动物骨密度作用。[Objective]To detect the change of animal bone mineral density induced by run xin pai gu le jiao nang.[Methods]The bone mineral density（BMD） and bone calcium quantity were detected in each animal group by animal experiment.[Results]The BMD of left femur among high-dose calcium carbonate group was significantly higher than that among low calcium group（P﹤0.05） .The BMD of left femur among the low-dose,middle-dose,and high-dose groups of run xin pai gu le jiao nang showed significantly elevated When compared with that among low calcium group（P﹤0.05,P﹤0.05 and P﹤0.01） .[Conclusion]Run xin pai gu le jiao nang will be helpful to increase animal bone mineral density.
