摘　　要：[目的]评价CHROMagar显色培养基在沙门菌检测中的应用效果。[方法]以API生化鉴定和血清凝集为金标准,用CHROMagar显色培养基对上海口岸2006年3～9月食品和公共场所从业人群进行检测,比较其敏感性、特异性和一致性。[结果]与金标准相比,CHROMagar显色培养基敏感性为89.66%,特异度为99.97%,符合率99.92%,Youden指数为0.8963,并具有较好的一致性(Kappa=0.928)。[结论]CHROMagar显色培养基具有敏感性高、特异性强,一致性好等特点,可用于口岸从业人员的沙门菌检测。[Objective]To evaluate the characteristics of CHROMagar medium in detection of Salmonella.[Methods]API and serums aggregation was considered as the‘gold standard’,the sensitivity,specificity,and consistency rate of CHROMagar were calculated by detecting employees in food and public industries at Shanghai port from March 2006 to September 2006.[Results]when compared with the golden standard,the sensitivity,specificity,consistency rate and Youden index of CHROMagar was 89.66%,99.97%,99.92% and 0.8963,respectively,which was in concordance with the gold standard（Kappa=0.928） .[Conclusion]CHROMagar medium has the features of high sensitivity,high specificity and good concordance,which could be used for detection of Salmonella of employees at ports.
