小菜蛾半合成人工饲料配方的优化

摘　　要：小菜蛾是研究害虫抗药性、生理学、病理学、毒理学等方面的重要实验昆虫。为了获得大量发育整齐的实验昆虫,应用二次正交旋转回归组合设计方法,筛选小菜蛾半合成人工饲料配方,以世代总存活率为目标函数获得的优化配方为:每100g人工饲料中,麦芽粉4.33g、蔗糖4.5g、菜叶粉5g、干酪素3g。在温度24～26℃,相对湿度60%～70%的条件下,用该优化配方饲养小菜蛾,幼虫期8.55d,蛹期4.5d,化蛹概率0.736,羽化概率0.905,存活率和发育速度与自然饲料的相似,存活比较稳定。20头蛹质量为100.30mg。成虫行为正常,雌虫平均寿命9.8d,雄虫13.7d。每雌产卵量123.50粒。该饲料配制简单,成本低廉,饲养过程中不必更换饲料,管理方便。The diamondback moth （DBM） is an important experimental insect for studying physiology, pathology and toxicology. In order to obtain plentiful homochronous diamondback moth, the quadratic -orthogonal -rotation - combination design was introduced to determine the effects and interactions of main medium compositions （ malt powder, sucrose, leaf powder of Chinese cabbage （Brassica chinensis）, casein and spirulina） ） of the semi - synthetic diet on the diamondback moth （Plutella Xylostella L. ） , a model of the main medium components and the survival rate from the egg to adult was constructed and analyzed. The results showed that proportions of Chinese cabbage leaf powder influenced the survival rate significantly （p = 0. 05 ）. The optimum proportions of the compo- nents were： malt powder 4. 33 g, sucrose 4. 50g, leave powder 5.00 g, casein 3.00 g in 100g of diet. The results of rearing diamondback moth with the optimum semi - synthetic diet showed that under 24 - 26℃ and 60 - 70% RH, the developmental periods of the larva and pupa were 8. 55 days and 4. 5 days respectively, the rate of pupation was 73.6%, pupae weight was 100. 30mg （20 pupae）, average adult emergence was 90. 5%, adult behavior was normal, average longevity of the female and male adult were 9. 8 days and 13.7 days respectively, and females laid 123.50 eggs on average. This kind of diet is cheaper, the method of preparation and application is simpler, and more convenient than the diet made by Biever and Boldt. Compared with the control in which the moth was reared on seedlings of Chinese cabbage, rates of pupation, developmental of the larvae, adult emergence and the longevity of the adult were not significantly different.
