摘　　要：提升图书馆形象,就要做到"以人为本",处处为读者着想,真正做到"读者第一,服务至上"。"以人为本",首先体现在图书馆建筑设计理念和环境上,其次体现在管理规章制度上,更重要体现在提高服务水平上。To promote the new image of library,we should achieve people-oriented,consider for the benefits of readers and really achieve ＂Readers First and Serviee-oriented＂.People-oriented is embodied into the library architectural design idea,the environment of library,the rtdes and regulations and the level of service of library.As long as achieving the three aspects, the image of library may be Promoted fight away.
