摘  要:以壬基酚、亚磷酸三乙酯为原料,通过无溶剂催化酯交换反应合成三(壬苯基)亚磷酸酯抗氧剂。考察了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间、N2流速、原料配比等因素的影响,优化了反应条件。以0.1mol亚磷酸三乙酯为基准,n(壬基酚)∶n(亚磷酸三乙酯)为3.2∶1.0,反应温度为120℃,反应时间3h,催化剂碳酸钾用量占原料总质量的1.7%,N2流速为15mL/min,产物收率可在76%以上。通过红外、元素分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行结构表征证明为目标产物。Tris (nonylphenyl) phosphite (TNP) antioxidant was firstly synthesized by means of solvent-free catalytical transestefiflcation reaction, with nonylphenol and triethyl phosphite as raw materials. The effects of the variety and content of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, the velocity of N2 and the molar ratio of reagents on the reaction were studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 120℃, reaction time was 3 h, the dosage of catalyst potassium carbonate anhydrous was 1.7 % accounting for the total mass of the raw materials, the velocity of N2 was 15 ml/min and the molar ratio of nonylphenol to triethyl phosphite was 3.2:1.0 (based on 0. lmol triethyl phosphlte), by which the yield of TNP was higher than 76%, the composition and structure of the product were characterized by means of IR, elemental analysis and 1↑HNMR, and the prepared product was proved to be objective product.
