摘　　要：目的:探讨农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染的危险因素。方法:对1993例已婚育龄妇女进行妇科检查、实验室检查及有关保健知识、态度和行为的调查,并采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:细菌性阴道病的危险因素为怀孕次数多(OR=1.44)、年龄(OR=1.14)、丈夫有性伴(OR=2.41)、外阴瘙痒/阴道分泌物等自觉症状(OR=1.50)。念珠菌性阴道炎的危险因素为初次性生活年龄小(OR=1.25)。滴虫性阴道炎的危险因素为经济状况(OR=1.22)、生殖道感染知识知晓情况(OR=2.30)、年龄(OR=1.33)、外阴瘙痒/阴道分泌物等自觉症状(OR=2.10)。宫颈糜烂的危险因素为怀孕次数多(OR=1.29)。结论:妇女RTI有多种危险因素,卫生习惯、孕次、夫妇双方的文化程度、年龄、丈夫有性伴等是云南部分地区农村妇女RTI的危险因素。Objective： To investigate the risk factors of reproductive tract infections among women of child - bearing age in rural. Methods： 1 993 women were recruited in the study to investigate their knowledge, attitude and practice of reproductive tract infections, gynecologic and laboratory examination. Unconditional Logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis on SPSS 11.5. Results： The analysis of multivariate showed that the main risk factors of bacterial vaginosis was multiple pregnancy （ OR = 1.44）, age （ OR = 1.14 ）, husband＇s sexual partner （ OR = 2. 41 ）, self reported genital itch/discharge （ OR = 1.50）, and that the main risk factors of vulvovaginal candidiasis was the age of the fist sexual life （ OR = 1.25 ）, and that the main risk factors of trichomonal virginities was the leval of economy （ OR = 1.22）, the knowledge of reproductive tract infections （ OR = 2. 30） , age （ OR = 1.33 ）, self reported genital itch/discharge （ OR =2. 10）, and that the main risk factors of cervical erosion was multiple pregnancy （ OR = 1.29） . Conclusion： Some risk factors are identified as having important effect on reproductive tract infections, including individual health practice, multiple pregnancy, the degree of education of the couple＇, age, husband＇s sexual partner.
