摘 要:采用免疫组织化学方法,观察了苦味刺激及CTP建立后大鼠下丘脑β-内啡肽表达的变化。结果表明,建立对奎宁的CTP后,视上核和室旁核内的β-内啡肽表达水平显著高于对照组。提示CTP建立后苦味溶液摄取量的增加,是由于动物对苦味刺激的厌恶感降低,而不是单纯为获得报酬所采取的操作行为;下丘脑内β-内啡肽的表达水平变化也可能直接或间接地参与学习过程。建议在运动训练中通过建立味觉嗜好升高β-内啡肽的表达水平,这样能够增进运动员对训练的喜好情绪,消除疲劳,促进恢复,避免运动伤害。This Paper examined the effects of bitter taste stimulation on the expression of beta - endorphin in the hypothalamus of rats using immunohistochemical method and changes of which after CTP. Results showed that the expression of beta - endorphin in the supraoptic nucleus and the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus in conditioning rats were significantly more than that of the contrast group. These finding suggested that the increase in bitter taste solution intake after CTP was due to the reduction of aversion to bitter taste stimulation, but not merely a operant behavior for obtaining reward, and the changes of the expression of beta - endorphin in hypothalamus seemed directly or indirectly involved in the process of CTP. It suggested that we should increase the expression level of beta - endorphin by CTP to eliminate fatigue and avoid injury and to arouse athletes' interest in training.
