摘　　要：目的：改进人毛乳头细胞（DPC）培养，以便在体外快速、高效地获得人DPC。方法：用含100ml／L胎牛血清（FCS）的DMEM和改进的DPC培养基（DPCM）培养人DPC，观察比较人DPC在两种培养基中的形态学和生物学特点。结果：人DPC在DPCM上的生长状况明显优于含100ml／LFCS的DMEM，而且细胞传代次数可达18～20代。结论：DPCM较含100mI／LFCS的DMEM对DPC具有更显著地刺激生长的作用．是人DPC较好的培养基。Objective：To improve the culture medium of human dermal papilla cells so that the primary culture of dermal papilla cells could be established promptly and effectively. Methods .The dermal papilla cells were cultured in Dulbecco. modified eagle medium（DMEM） con- taining 100 ml/L FCS and dermal papilla cell medium（DPCM） respectively. The biological characteristics and morphological behavior of the above cells were compared in vitro. Results：The dermal papilla cells could grow better in the dermal papilla cell medium than in the Dulbec- co~ modified eagle medium（DMEM） containing 100 ml/L FCS and the former could be subcultured to 18-20 passages. Conclusion：Dermal papilla ceil medium stimulates the growth of dermal papilla ceils more remarkably than those of the Dulbecco＇s modified eagle medium （DMEM） containing 100 ml/L FCS. We think of the dermal papilla cell medium as a better culture medium of human dermal papilla cells.
