摘　　要：采用文献资料法、综合分析法,通过对中国职业排球俱乐部现状的分析,指出影响中国职业排球俱乐部发展的因素:我国的职业排球与政府之间有着较密切的联系,俱乐部体制很不完善,经营管理现状不够理想,俱乐部处于亏损状态。提出中国职业排球俱乐部的发展对策:健全股份制体制,改变经营理念,改革排球管理体制。Through the methods of documentation and comprehensive analysis, based on the analysis of the current situation of professional volleyball clubs in China, this study explored the factors affecting the development of professional volleyball clubs in China. The results indicated that there existed close relationship between professional volleyball and government in our country. First, club system is deficient; its operation and management is still dissatisfactory ; the club makes losses. Meanwhile, several strategies in relation to the development of the professional volleyball in China were proposed. It was suggested to consummate stockholding management system, enhance the running concept and reform the management system of the professional volleyball clubs.
