低中压锅炉用焊接管的研究

摘　　要：采用２０＃热轧带钢经高频焊接和整体退火处理工艺生产出５１ｍｍ×３ｍｍ低中压锅炉用管，重点介绍了其工艺参数和性能检验结果。结果表明，用该工艺生产的焊管达到了同类无缝钢管做低中压锅炉管的水平。It introduces that 20 # hot rolled stipe is used to produce  51mm× 3mm pipe for low and medium-pressure boiler by high-frequerncy welding and whole annealing treatment, and emphatically describes technology parameters and testing results of properties. The results show that the welded pipe produced by this technology achieves the level of the pipe produced by the same kind of samless steel pipe for low and medium-pressure boiler.
