灰绿黄堇生物碱的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究灰绿黄堇根中的化学成分。方法:采用柱层析和制备薄层方法分离化学成分,光谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从灰绿黄堇根中分离得到3种生物碱,分别鉴定为紫堇碱dorydaline(Ⅰ),去氢紫堇碱dehydrocoryda-line(Ⅱ),二氢血根碱dihydrosanguinarine(Ⅲ)。结论:紫堇碱和去氢紫堇碱两种生物碱均为首次在灰绿黄堇中发现。Objective： To study the alkaloid component of Corydalis adunca Maxim.. Methods： The constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods,their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic evidences.Results： Three compounds were purified and their structrues were identified,they were identified as dorydaline（Ⅰ）,dehydrocorydaline（Ⅱ）,dihydrosanguinarine（Ⅲ）.Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
