摘　　要：本文介绍广州造纸股份有限公司新购买的一条现代化废纸脱墨生产线的设备配置概况。该生产线日产供新闻纸生产用脱墨浆为1360 t,废纸原料采用进口(美国或欧洲)的旧报纸(ONP)和旧杂志纸(OMG),各为50%的配比。根据废纸供应来源的情况,也考虑使用部分中国香港特区当地的及大陆地区的国内旧报纸和部分由国内外供应的办公废纸,掺入废纸原料作为配比。生产线的设备配置包括有备料、碎浆、除渣与预筛选,前后浮选、净化与精筛、热分散、脱水洗涤、两段漂白等工序,以及内部废水处理的气浮池等设施。这些设备分别是由Voith公司和Andritz公司提供的。Equipment assembly of a modem deinking line newly bought by Guangzhou Paper Mill was introduced. It can produce 1360t/d deinked pulp, the waste paper was imported ONP and OMG, the furnish will be 50% each. It maybe use some ONP from Hongkong or mainland, or some mixed office waste paper. It is an assembly with preparation department, fiberflow, cleaner, prescreen, pre-flotation and post-flotation, cleaning and fine screen, heat diffusion, dewater washer, two-stage bleaching, and inner waste water treatment pit. All of the equipment were provided by Voith and Andritz.
