摘  要:探讨了半纤维素预提取对桉木纤维形态及碱法制浆后浆料性能的影响。研究结果表明:预提取过程使纤维的数均长度和宽度发生了变化,经碱预处理和热水预处理两种预提取方式处理后,纤维数均长度均有所变短,不同的是,碱预提取后木片的纤维数均宽度增加,长宽比减小;而热水预提取后木片的纤维数均宽度减小,长宽比变化不大。对预处理后的木片与原料木片在相同的工艺条件下进行了烧碱-蒽醌法制浆,结果表明,半纤维素预提取对所得浆料的得率、粘度、卡伯值和白度产生了较明显的影响。The effects of hemicellulose pre-extraction on eucalyptus fibre morphological characteristics and pulp properties after AQ - NaOH cooking were investigated in this paper. The results show that the number average length and number average width of fibre are affected by the pre-extraction process. The fibre's number average length is shortened during alkali pretreatment and hot-water pre-extraction process. The difference between the two pre-extraction methods is that the fibre's number average width is increased by alkali pretreatment but decreased by hot-water pre-extraction. The length to width ratio of the fibre is similar after hot-water pre-extraction but decreased obviously by alkali pretreatment compared with the initial fibre. Moreover, the yield, viscosity, Kappa number and brightness of the pulp are also affected obviously by hemiceUulose pre-extraction process.
