摘　　要：广州造纸股份有限公司在广州(广州造纸厂原址)最近改造安装投产的、从芬兰美卓(Metso)造纸机械公司引进的Bel-BaieⅤ型夹网成形器、SYM-Press靴式压榨、OptiSoft压光等重要造纸机部件特点及应用的情况。纸机的网宽为8600mm,净纸宽为7980mm,设计车速为1100m/min,现正常运行的操作车速为947m/min,采用95%的废纸脱墨浆(DIP)、掺入5%TMP浆生产新闻纸,设计日产500t或年产15万t。纸机设备包括有由芬兰美卓(Met-so)造纸机械公司提供的网部、复合压榨部、压光部等纸机部件;为稳定优质运行新配置有芬兰美卓(Metso)造纸机械公司提供的IQ横向质量控制自动化系统和一些辅助设施。The Bel Baie Ⅱ paper mchine was reformed and started up recently by Guangzhou Paper Mill. The key equipment including Bel Baie Vfomer , sym-Press and Optisoft were imported from Metso. The wire width is 8600mm, the web width is 7980mm, it has a design speed of 1100m/min, and an operating speed of 947m/min, It furnishes with 95% DIP and 5% TMP, Output will be 500t/d or 150000t/a. The wire section, combing press section and calender were also imported from Metso. The automatic quality control system and other assistant devices were installed so that it can run efficiently.
