改进表面施胶工艺提高纸张灰分的生产实践

摘　　要：传统的表面施胶剂可以提高纸张的表面强度,改善印刷性能,但浆料的性质及表面施胶工艺的不同将对纸张的表面强度产生不同程度的影响。本文介绍不同的施胶工艺条件下的生产试验情况,并通过试验分析,选择适合本企业产品印刷用纸的表面施胶工艺进行生产实践,取得提高纸张灰分,降低生产成本,增加经济效益的良好效果。Common sizing agent can increase surface strength of paper, and improve printability, but, with the dif- ferent pulp and process the sizing effect is different. The test results in different sizing condition were introduced. By analyzing the results the suitable surface sizing process was put forward, the ash content was increased, the cost was cut down, the benefit was gained.
