摘 要:本研究以玉米淀粉、N-(3-氯-2羟基)N,N,N-三甲基氯化铵为主要原料,用半干法合成阳离子淀粉,并利用红外光谱对所合成的阳离子淀粉结构进行了表征;将所合成的阳离子淀粉与不同量的丙烯酰胺通过自由基聚合反应进行接枝共聚,制备改性阳离子淀粉,并利用红外光谱和核磁共振谱对改性阳离子淀粉结构进行了表征。改性阳离子淀粉对纸张的增强作用效果显著,其中MCST-1C改性阳离子淀粉的作用效果相对最好,当其用量为0.4%(对绝干浆)时,纸张抗张指数提高29.8%,耐破指数提高45.4%,撕裂指数提高44.3%。The cationic starch was synthesized using corn starch and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride as raw materials by one-step semi-dry process, and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR). The modified cationic starch was prepared by grafting the synthesized cationic starch with aerylamide through free radical polymerization. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR) and 1H nuclear magnetic reso- nance spectroscopy (1HNMR) were used to characterize the modified cationic starch. The paper properties could be improved substantially when the prepared modified cationic starch was used as paper strengthening agent. As the dosage of MCST - 1C product was 0.40 wt. % ( based on oven dried pulp), the paper strength was improved 29.8% in tensile index, 45.4% in burst index and 44.3 % in tear index, compared to the control sample.
