摘　　要：通过季铵化经两步反应合成了一种阳离子型无醛固色剂,并测试了其对不同染料的色牢度提升性能.应用研究表明,合成的阳离子型无醛固色剂用于直接染料耐晒蓝GL和Ever direct Red BWS[ECI]、活性染料Everzol RED ED和Everzol ED Naval Blue染色后固色时,对直接染料的固色效果比活性染料好,固色后干、湿摩擦牢度及耐水洗牢度与固色剂NFC效果相当.以紫外吸光度法测试了不同固色剂与染料的结合能力,测试结果与应用数据相吻合.A cationic formaldehyde-free dye-fixing agent was synthesized via 2 reactions of quaterisation and the color fastness-improving property to different dyes was tested. The application demonstrated that, when used to direct fast blue GL, Ever direct red BWS （ECI）, Everzol reactive red ED and Everzol reactive naval blue ED, this fixing agent gave better effect to direct dyes than to reactive ones, and the dry and wet rubbing fastnesses and water washing fastness were equivalent to those of color fixing agent NFC. The binding ability of different fixing agents with dyes was examined with UV absorption test, and the results were identific to the application data.
