摘　　要：目的评价已婚育龄妇女生命质量及影响因素。方法采用WHOQOL-100量表对已婚育龄妇女生命质量进行调查。结果已婚育龄妇女生命质量在社会关系领域、环境领域、精神支柱及个人信仰、总体健康状况和生命质量方面好于普通人群,生理、心理及独立性领域评价较全国常模差;低年龄段、受教育程度在初中及以下、农民身份、与配偶关系良好的已婚育龄妇女生命质量较高。结论年龄、文化程度、职业、与配偶关系对已婚育龄妇女生命质量产生不同程度的影响。objective To appraise the quality of life for married child - bearing age women and to explore the probable influencing factors. Methods 350 married child bearing age women were investigated by the WHOQOL-100 scale. Results Compared to Chinese norm, general health, quality of life, SOCIL, ENVIR and DOM of the women in this group were improved, while PHYS, PSYCH, and IND domains were decreased. Quality of life for married child-bearing age women with characters such as being younger, educational level up to/ under junior high school, farmer and better relationship with spouse, was better. Conclusions Our study indicates that age, educational degree, occupation and relationship with their spouse affected the quality of life of married child-bearing age women.
