摘　　要：农村卫生室提供的服务以公共产品为主,是解决广大农村居民健康问题的第一道防线。当前农村卫生室出现的各种问题及发展滞后的主要原因是政府在农村卫生室的建设中缺位造成的。建议借鉴政府治理理论,从加强政府责任着手,明确农村卫生室治理的主体是政府,建立适宜的农村卫生室治理模式,加大政府投入并引入多元投资渠道。The services provided by village clinics mainly set on public products, which play the first important barrier to deal with the inhabitant＇s health problems. At present, government absence leads to lots of problems and lag development in village clinics. This paper argues using governance strategy theories, putting emphasis on government role, strengthening the government＇s status as main body of governance village clinics, building suitable village clinics governance model, increasing government investment and introducing various investing ways.
