摘  要:目的研究硫酸铝钾对胎鼠中脑细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法采用细胞微团培养法,观察不同浓度(0~100μmol/L)的硫酸铝钾对胎鼠中脑细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果硫酸铝钾对离体培养的中脑细胞的增殖和分化均有抑制作用,其半数增殖抑制浓度(IP50)为45.03μmol/L、半数分化抑制浓度(ID50)为3.92μmol/L,IP50/ID50=11.5。结论硫酸铝钾对细胞分化有特异抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of aluminum potassium sulfate [KAI(SO4)2] on proliferation and differentiation in mouse embryo midbrain cells. Methods The micromass culture method was used to observe the effect of KAl(SO4) 2 at different concentrations (0 ~ 100 μmol/L). Results The proliferation and differentiation of midbrain cells were inhibited by KAl ( SO4 ) 2, and the concentrations of inhibition by 50% were 45.03 μ mol/L ( IP50 ) and 3.92 μmol/L ( ID50 ), respectively. The ratio of IP50 and ID50 was 11.5. Conclusion KAI(SO4)2 could be a specific inhibitor of cells differentiation.
