摘 要:D301树脂作为固定相,萃取色谱法探讨了稀土元素——镧、钐、钬、铒和铁的分离条件.静态法研究了pH值、稀土浓度等因素对D301树脂吸附稀土的影响,动态法研究了不同的淋洗液对解吸稀土的影响.结果表明,pH为4.04、稀土浓度为2×10-3mol/L时,其吸附效果最好;采用0.25 mol/L HCl作为淋洗液时,镧、钐、钬、铒的始漏体积均大于80 ml,而铁的始漏体积为50 ml,淋洗液体积在70 ml时铁的回收率为97.7%;据此实现了铁和4种稀土的分离,稀土的回收率为99.2%.Separation conditions on amongst rare earth elements of La,Sm, Ho,Er and Fe were studied using the method of extraction chromatography. The factors-including pH and concentration, which affect D301 resins adsorbing rare earth were examined by static state operation. The effect of different eluent desorbing rare earth were explored by dynamic operation. The result shows that optimum adsorption conditions are pH 4.04 and rare earth concentration of 2 × 10^-3 mol/L; the beginning volume of La,Sm,Ho and Er are higher than 80 ml,and the beginning volume of Fe is 50 ml when 0.25 mol/L HC1 as desroption eluent and recovery of Fe is 97. 7% when volume of eluent is 70 ml. Separation between four rare earth elements and Fe is carried out with above,and recovery of rare earth is 99.2%.
