海南荔枝种质资源果实主要性状多样性分析

摘　　要：对中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所、海南省农业科学院热带果树研究所种质圃的荔枝品种(种质)和海南的霸王岭、尖峰岭等地采集的野生荔枝果实的主要性状进行了鉴定评价。结果表明:海南荔枝品种(种质)的果实形状、果实大小、果皮龟裂片、果皮颜色、果实可食率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C含量等方面均存在丰富的遗传多样性。An experiment was carried out to identify and evaluate the primary traits of lyehee fruits. The eultivar fruits were collected from lyehee gene pool at Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute, CATAS, D anzhou, Hainan Province and the Institute of Tropical Fruit Trees, Hainan Academy of Agricultural Science, Haikou, Hainan Province. The wild lyehee fruits were gathered from the Bawang and Jianfeng mountain in Hainan Province, The results showed that genetic diversity existed in lychee fruit characters such as fruit shape, fruit size, fruit segments, pericarp color, fruit edible portion, total soluble solids, titratable acids, vitamin C.
