摘　　要：在对红核子龙眼胚胎发育过程进行形态学观察的基础上,对龙眼胚胎发育过程中SOD活性变化进行测定。结果表明:龙眼子叶形胚的形成过程较长且较复杂,不但其体积发生很大变化,而且子叶的色泽也有很大变化;在子叶形胚发育早期,SOD活性迅速升高,之后上升比较平缓。Based on the morphological observation, the activities of SOD were measured during embryonic development of longan （Dimocarpus Iongan Lour. ）. The results were as follows： there were long and complicated morphological changes during the development of cotyledonary embryos ; both the volume and color of cotyledonary embryos changed dramatically; the activity of SOD rapidly rose at the earlier stage of the development of cotyledonary embryos, then it gradually rose to a higher level.
