摘  要:为使通信工程专业学生能更好地符合“创新型国家”创新型人才的要求,该文提出增设专业综合实践课程,并由学院指派责任心强的教师负责协调和挑选优秀教师指导学生开展类似于全国大学生电子设计竞赛课题的训练。实施结果表明制定好“双向选题、方案论证、每周交流、中期检查、限期整改、验收答辩、成绩评定”七个环节的过程管理办法,能使教师和学生均有章可循,由责任心强的教师负责按章督促与检查是本课程成功的关键。To make the students of the communication engineering major meet the requirement of being more creative to construct "innovative country", an additional synthetic practical curriculum is suggested. Responsible teachers are requested by the department leader to be in charge of harmonizing and selecting outstanding teachers to instruct students participating in such trainings as National Electronics Designing Competition. The result shows that the seven-link administration of "Mutual Subject, Selection, Feasibility Study, Weekly Discussion, Midterm Inspection, Terminative Rectification, Checking and Defending, and Score Assessing" works efficiently and all the teachers and students could make use of it. The key factor for success of the curriculum is supervision and inspection by the responsible teacher.
