摘 要:为了模拟连铸过程中具有亚包晶反应的低碳钢的初期凝固现象,利用浸渍实验,测量了铸坯的二次树枝晶间距;利用有限元的一维传热汁算,求得冷却速度与二次树枝晶间距的关系式;探讨了传热阻力等参数对铸坯的冷却速度、凝固不均一度的影响。其主要结果是:(1)铸坯的冷却速度与二次树枝晶间距的关系可用DAS_(?)=621R^(-0.46)表示;(2)采用缓冷结晶器可有效地改善亚包晶碳钢的凝固不均一现象。The initial solidification phenomena of low carbon steel,which solidifies with a hypoperitectic reaction in the continuous casting,have been modeled.The distance between the secondary dendrite in slab have been measured by means of dipping tests. Moreover,the relation of cooling rate and distance of the secondary dendrite has been obtained by calculation of heat transfer with one-dimensional finite elements method,while the influence of the heat parameters such as heat transfer resistance on the cooling rate of slab as well as solidification irregularity were investigated.The main results are as follows: (1)The relation between the cooling rate of slab and the distance of the secondary dendrite may be represented by the following equation:DAS_1=621R-0.46;(2)The solidification irregularity can be efficiently diminished by slow cooling for hypoperitectic carbon steels.
