摘　　要：根据新时期仪器设备招标采购的特点，结合本校仪器设备招标采购档案管理的实践，阐述了仪器设备招标采购档案管理规范化的重要性和必要性。According to the features of public bidding for purchasing instruments and equipment in the new era, combining the practice of file management in our universities, the paper states the importance and necessity of the bidding file management standardization for purchasing instruments and equipment.
