摘　　要：带钢冷连轧机高速轧制薄带钢时发生轧机振动,通过动态综合测试、振源分析和工艺润滑试验等手段,找到了引起轧机振动的主要原因,判明了振动属于发散型自激振动。The continuous cold strip rolling mill in operation at a high speed,a vertical chatter phenomenon is occured frequently.Based on extensive investigation of the static and dynamic characteristics of the mill,technological lubrication testing etc.,it has been found that the cold roll mill chatter is a kind of self-excited vibration,and the main reason for the chattering has been analyzed.
