摘　　要：详细论述了进口设备蒸发器生成物冷凝器内的U形管束结构特点,以及国产化解决方案。特别对超长管束的运输、弯管工装、U形管定尺、管孔机加工等重要环节给出具体的解决方案,成功将该U形管束国产化。目前,安装了该U形管束的设备已安全运行2年多时间。In this paper, the structure features and home - made solution scheme of U tube bundle in imported condenser for the products resulted from evaporator were described in detail. Especially, the concrete solutions for important progresses were presented, such as transportation of exceptional long tube, tool of tube bending, determination of cutting length and drilling hole on tube. Up till now, the equipment installed with this U tube bundle has successfully operated for nearly two years.
