摘 要:采用 X 射线极密度及三维取向分布函数(ODF)方法,从织构的角度研究了在 Hi-B 取向硅钢中加入微量钼能够降低铸坯加热温度的机制。结果表明,含钼钢1310℃低温与不含钼钢1380℃高温铸坯加热时热轧及脱碳板表层均表现出相似的热轧及初次再结晶织构特征,而与含钼钢1380℃高温铸坯加热时明显不同。Hi-B 取向硅钢加钼能够降低铸坯加热温度的原因是当含钼钢在1310℃低温铸坯加热时,其脱碳板表层仍能保证足够强的(111)组分。By means of X-ray pole density and three dimensional orientation distribution function(ODF)analysis,the mechanism of reduction of slab heating temperatures for Hi-B grain-oriented silicon steels by Mo has been studied.It was demonstrated that both the hot rolling and the primary recrystallization textures in outer layer of the Mo-bearing steel slab heated at 1310℃ are very similar to those of the Mo-free steel slab heated at 1380℃ and quite different from those of the Mo-bearing steel slab heated at 1380℃.The reason is that for the Mo-bearing steel slab heated at 1310℃,a stronger(111)component in the outer laver of the decarburized sheet rolled from that slab could be still retained.
