摘  要:通过对不同Mn/Si值熔敷金属的低温冲击试验、金相分析和TEM分析,研究了Mn/Si值对组织、夹杂物形态和低温韧性的影响。结果表明,随着Mn/Si值的变化,高强钢埋弧焊熔敷金属低温韧性也发生变化,当Mn/Si值处于4~8之间时,熔敷金属-50℃冲击值达到lOOJ,而Mn/Si值低于或高于此区间,则低温韧性均下降。The low temperature toughness test, microstructure analysis, TEM analysis were conducted in high strength steel SAW depcsited metals with different Mn/Si. The relations between microstructure, form of inclusion and low temperature toughness were investigated. The result indicates that with the change of Mn/Si in high strength steel SAW deposited metals, the low temperature toughness changes. When Mn/Si = 4-8, the deposited metals toughness attained 100 J at - 50℃ and when Mn/Si 〈 4 or 〉 8, the toughness declined.
