摘 要:空气钻井技术被钻井界认为是提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期的一项实用性技术。与常规钻井液钻井技术相比,空气钻井在提高机械钻速、避免地层伤害、避免地层漏失方面具有明显优势,在控制地层压力、地层流体流入能力等方面存在不足。总结出了影响空气钻井安全钻进的"十大"因素,即井眼清洁、地层出水、井眼稳定、井下着火和爆炸、井斜控制、井控问题、气侵早期监测、钻具的腐蚀及冲蚀、钻具断裂和钻井液转换,并对上述因素进行了详细的分析。普光气田空气钻井实践证明了空气钻井技术的优势,但同时也暴露出一些问题。只有全面理解和掌握了空气钻井技术,才能充分发挥其优势和潜力,加快普光气田及周边区块的勘探开发步伐。Air drilling technology was developed greatly in China and was a practical technology to increase drilling rate and reduce drilling cycle.Compared to traditional drilling technology,the air drilling technology performed much better in increasing the drilling speed,reducing the drilling cycle,preventing formation damage and formation loss,and did worse in controlling of downhole formation pressure and influx of formation fluid,etc.Ten factors affecting air drilling safety were summarized and analyzed in detail in this paper,including wellbore clean,formation water inflow,wellbore stabilization,downhole fire,deviation control,well control,gas inflow,erosion and corrosion,drill pipe break,mud transformation.Air drilling in Puguang field verified its advantages and showed some problems.With the comprehensive understanding and knowing the air drilling technology,the potential and advantage of air drilling can be exploited thoroughly to speed the exploration of Puguang and neighboring fields.
