摘　　要：阐述了超短半径侧钻水平井的钻井技术特点和钻井工艺流程,介绍了胜利油田完成的两口超短半径侧钻水平井——高12-39侧平1井和高17-16侧平1井的设计与施工情况。通过对钻井过程中泵压、张力变化及机械钻速的分析,指出了超短半径侧钻水平井钻井技术存在的主要问题。This paper illustrates the drilling technical characteristics and drilling procedures of ultra-short radius side tracking horizontal well.Design and implementation of two wells Gao-12-39 Ceping-1 and Gao-17-16 Ceping-1 in the Shengli Oilfield are described.Based on the analysis of pump pressure,tension variation,and drilling speed,the existing problems of ultra-short radius side tracking horizontal well were presented.
