摘　　要：针对常规双级注水泥器现场应用时可能会出现打开困难、关闭不严或关闭困难、钻除附件后密封失效等问题,开发了系列新型双级注水泥器。该注水泥器采用内关闭式结构,减少了运动部件,打开和关闭均由相同材质的零件相对运动实现,从而避免了因温度、压力等因素造成的配合间隙变小而不能正常打开/关闭的问题;在关闭套和本体间设置了防转机构,以便在附件钻除过程中,有效防止关闭套与钻头一起转动而引起的密封失效。介绍了系列新型双级注水泥器的结构、工作原理和技术特点。地面试验和现场应用证明,系列新型双级注水泥器达到了设计要求,解决了常规双级注水泥器现场应用时常出现的一些问题。A new two-stage cementing collar（TSCC） is developed to solve the problems encountered in conventional one,including failure to open the circulation ports,high closing pressure,ineffective sealing after closing the ports,and ineffective sealing after drilling out the accessories.The new TSCC used inside closing structure to reduce part moving.Open and close were realized by relative move to avoid the problems of failure to open/close due the temperature and pressure.Anti-rotating parts were designed between the closing sleeve and main body to prevent the ineffective sealing due to rotation of both closing sleeve and drill bit during accessories drill out.This paper introduced the structures,principles and technical characteristic of this new two-stage cementing collar.The experiments and field application indicate that the new two-stage cementing collar met designed requirement and solved the problems in conventional ones.
