水平井旁通分流砾石充填工具的研制

摘　　要：目前,国内用于油气井防砂的砾石充填技术,对于井斜角小于45°的定向井已经相当成熟,效果很好,但是当井斜角大于45°时,砾石充填效果会急剧下降。为此,研制出了水平井旁通分流砾石充填防砂工具。介绍了该工具的结构和工作原理,进行了单元件之间的对接试验和分流管充填试验。试验结果表明:单元件互换对接性能良好,接头密封、自锁性能良好;采用该工具进行砾石充填能使水平井段完全充满砾石。At present,gravel packing technologies commonly used in sand control in wells with inclination less than 45° are very good.However,for wells with inclination higher than 45°,the results of gravel pack deteriorate greatly.Therefore,the by-pass gravel packing tool was developed.The structure and principles of this tool was introduced.Experiments of making up between single element and packing were conducted.Experiment results indicate that tools have good connection,good seal and seftlock,and the horizontal part of the horizontal well can be packed with gravels completely.
