论寒证科学基础研究的六个时期及前瞻

摘　　要：寒证本质的研究最早由北京医学院梁月华教授1979年提出,随后历经6个时期,28年。寒证动物模型的建立及5-羟色胺等神经递质研究,寒证量表及万人流行病学调查,寒证-基因组学及代谢基因功能模块研究,寒证分子疗效探索期,寒证生物信息及能量代谢通路研究等。近年来,随着功能基因组学的开展,从全基因网络的角度前瞻寒证科学基础研究。Professor Liang Yue hua in Beijing medical college firstly stated the essence research of cold syndrome in 1979. Then, cold syndrome research traverse six periods ,and has 28 years history. Such as,the establishment of animal mode on cold syndrome, the investigation of cold syndrome scale and epidemiology, the research of cold - genome and function die - block on metabolism gene , the exploration period of molecule curative effect about cold syndrome, the research of bioinformation and energy metabolism pathway about cold syndrome et al. While developing functional genomics, we forecast science research on cold syndrome from the angle of Whole - genome network.
