三种常用中医药疗法对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价3种常用中医药疗法对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:对117例无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者进行回顾性研究,按中药内服外敷腰背药熨疗法(以下称中药组)、腰背部垫枕配合中药内服外敷药熨疗法(以下称垫枕组)、功能锻炼配合中药内服外敷药熨疗法(以下称功能锻炼组)归类,总结3种常用中医药疗法对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的疗效。结果:随访36个月～9年,各组均有患者出现迟发性临床症状,垫枕组与中药组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),功能锻炼组与垫枕组及中药组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);功能锻炼组与垫枕组及中药组近期疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种常用中医药疗法对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的近期疗效肯定,功能锻炼疗法可增强腰背肌肉的力量,改善运动节段的功能,减少迟发性临床症状的发生,远期疗效良好。Objective ： To discuss three treatments for traditional Chinese Orthopedics And Traumatology with thoraeolumbar fracture without neurologic deficit. Methods ： Comparing the curative effectiveness of Three nonsurgical managemens with thoracolumbar fracture without neurologie deficit used for 117 eases between 1999 and 2003. Result ： Follow - up 36 monthes - 9 years. Part of the patients suffered late symptomsy in all groups. There was no significant difference between pillow group and local scald therapy group（ P 〉0.05） ,and there was significant difference between function training group and pillow group,and significant difference between function training group and local scald therapy group （ P 〈0.05） ;Comparison of short -term curative effects, There was no significant difference between function training group and pillow group and local scald therapy group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： As for thoracolumhar fracture without neurologic, the short -term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is good, but long - term curative effect of function training group is better than that of pillow group and local scald tberapy group.
