摘　　要：老年人肺易受机体内外的各种有害因素影响，是最早出现衰老的器官之一。随着机体的老化，老年人呼吸系统结构和功能变化为肺部疾患的发生打下了基础，使得老年人易患肺部疾患的风险明显增加。提高对肺老化的识别水平，尽早采取预防措施，对预防老年性肺疾患具有重要的意义。Lung of the elder is easily affected by harmful factors and it is one of the earliest organs appearing senescence. As structures and functions of the respiratory system change along with aging, the eldes are at increased risk for developing pulmonary diseases over time. It is important to recognize lung aging and take preventive measures to fight against pulmonary diseases in the elders.
