摘 要:从碳纤维前驱体聚丙烯腈溶液的可纺性定义和丝条断裂机理角度出发,讨论了聚丙烯腈溶液的可纺性;详述聚丙烯腈溶液可纺性研究状况。可纺性的直接定量表征具有一定的困难性,但溶液可纺性与其流变行为有着密切关系。从稳态流变学和动态流变学角度综述近年来流变学在可纺性研究中的进展。展望了流变学在聚丙烯腈碳纤维研制过程中的应用前景,指出发展流变学对聚丙烯腈溶液可纺性研究具有重要意义。From the definition of spinnability and the mechanism of filament breaking, the spinnability of polyacrylonitrile solution for carbon fiber is discussed; and the research progress in spinnability is also described. Although it is difficult to express directly the quantitative characterization of spinnability, the spinnability seems to be closely correlated with the rheology. From the aspects of steady and dynamic rheology, the research progress of rheology in carbon fibers is reviewed. The application prospects of rheology in polyacrylonitrile based-carbon fiber are predicted. It is pointed out that developing the role of rheology in preparation of carbon fibers is important in the investigation of the spinnability of polyacrylonitrile solution.
