摘 要:利用Eulerian方法,结合RSM湍流模型,对旋流器内部的液/固多相流动进行了数值模拟,对分离效率与液相分流比和旋流器锥体高度、柱体高度之间的关系进行了系统的研究。在此基础上设计了用于室内实验的液/固旋流器,并进行了水/砂、油/砂分离实验,数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合很好,验证了数值模拟方法的正确性。实验研究了入口流速、油水比例和旋流器级数对旋流器分离效率的影响。此外,根据量纲分析得到了一定Re数范围内分离效率η与Stk数之间的函数关系。Eulerian multiphase model, together with RSM turbulence model, is applied to numerically simulate the liquid/solid flowfield inside hydrocyclone, in which the relationship between grade efficiency and liquid splitting ratio, as well as hydrocyclone geometry are investigated. Based on the numerical results, the hydrocyclone is designed and the experimental system of liquid/solid separation is installed. The experiments on the separating performance of liquid/solid hydrocyclone are conducted, in which the influences of inlet velocity, oil fraction and stage number on the separation efficiency are studied. Moreover, the functional relationship between separation efficiency and Stokes number at a certain range of Reynolds number is obtained based on dimensional analysis and experimental data.
