摘  要:通过对差动分度原理的研究,提出了一种最小分度值达2″的分度方法,并对精密分度工作台的结构进行了优化设计。同时,还阐述了端齿盘的易位对研工艺,对分度精度作了分析。为了便于计算和检测齿盘转过的齿数,使分度工作台的操作更加简便,设计了单片机系统结合光电断路器的电路,并且编写了单片机程序。Based on the principle of differential indexing, the authors put forward an indexing method which indexing angle can reach as fine as 2", and optimized the structure of the precise indexing table. Besides, the process of translocafion lapping of endtooth plate is reported, and the indexing accuracy is analyzed. Moreover, in order to calculate and detect the rotated tooth number of the end- tooth plate easily, and make the indexing table capable to be used conveniently, a circuit of single - chip microcomputer system combined with photoelectric breaker is designed, and its program has also been written out.
