摘 要:为了提高双吸泵的性能,采用RNGk-ε方程湍流模型和标准SIMPLE算法对某双吸离心泵全流道进行了三维湍流数值模拟分析。在流场数值模拟的基础上进行多工况的流体动力性能预测,并与实验值进行比较验证,表明该方法能够较为准确地预测出双吸泵的性能曲线。数值模拟得到的双吸泵内部流动速度、压力分布等能够进一步对双吸泵的内部特性进行预测分析。通过性能预测,对指导流道水力优化设计或实际工程改型设计等发挥了重要作用。In order to improve the performance of a double-suction pump, the RNG k -6 turbulence model and the standard SIMPLE algorithm are applied to numerically simulate the three-dimensional viscous flow inside the whole flow passage of a double-suction centrifugal pump. Based on the numerical simulation of flow, the fluid dynamic performance at different operation conditions were predicted, and the predicted performance curves were compared with the experimental results . It shows that this method can provide a good prediction for performance curve of a double-suction pump. In addition, a predictive analysis of the internal characteristics of the double-suction pump is carried out by analyzing the distributions of velocity and pressure inside the double-suction pump. It has shown that the performance prediction is very important to guide the hydraulic optimal design or re-design of the passage of a double-suction centrifugal pump in the practical engineering.
