摘　　要：基于我国煤层气(瓦斯)抽采利用现状,介绍了煤层气开发的必要性,以及在开发过程中存在的一些问题和对策措施及建议。This article introduces the necessity of the coal bed gas development, as well as some questions and countermeasures and the suggestion which exists in the mining process.
