摘 要:糖尿病教育管理是糖尿病综合性防治方案中重要的一部分,实际临床工作中常被忽视,导致糖尿病患者总体的治疗达标率较低。近年来国内外学者陆续尝试各种教育管理模式的探索,研究表明,国内尚缺乏公认可行的教育管理模式,国外学者提出的3种教育管理模式即专业培训模式、有组织干预模式、联合专业培训和有组织干预模式有一定的实践效果。Education management of diabetes is one important part in comprehensive therapy and pre- vention of DM, which is frequently neglected in clinics and results in low rate of therapy up to standard of DM in general.Scholars at home and abroad have atttempted to explore different mode of education management in recent years. The research has indicated that our country still lacks authentic feasible mode of education management while foreign scholars have put forward three possiblel patterns, named as professional training mode,organized interference mode as well as combined mode of professional training and organized interfer- ence which have achieved some oractiee effects.
