摘  要:后颅窝颅腔相对狭窄,解剖结构拥挤,涉及的病种较多,几乎所有幕上发生的病变均可见到。常规磁共振成像技术在显示病变形态学特征方面具备其他影像检查方法所不能比拟的优势,但特异性较差。功能磁共振成像及波谱成像的应用,极大地拓展了影像研究的深度,所提供的局部组织代谢与功能的信息,实现了在活体上以无创形式,从分析细胞代谢状态的分子水平探讨疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的跨越。现就目前国内外运用功能磁共振及波谱成像在后颅窝占位性病变诊断中的临床应用成果作一综述。Posterior cranial fossa is a natrrow cranial cavity with nrany anatomic structures that are involved in :various disease, almost all the diseases upper tentorium can be found there, Comnon Mag- netic Resonance Imaging is superior to any other methods in demonstrating morphology characteristics of disease but with low specificity. The application of functional magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance spectrOscopy can provide the dynamic physiological and metabolic infomlation of local tissue, which not only expanded the depth in imaging study, but also 1realized the step to debate the disease di- agnosis and differential diagnosis by analyzing cell metabolism in moleculm level in non-invasive meth- od in living body. This article 1reviews clinical application of functional nmgnetic resonance imaging and MR spectroscopy in diagnosing occupying lesion in posterior cranial fossa.
