云南葛藤自然繁殖及人工繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究了云南葛藤在自然条件下的无性繁殖和种子繁殖的特点,结果表明由于云南葛藤种子的种皮厚而坚实,自然繁殖不易。通过人工试验研究表明:应用98%的浓硫酸浸种,浸泡时间为120分钟时,种子的出苗率最高可达70%;通过机械破皮的方法处理,种子的出苗率可达94%。This paper studies the asexual propagation and seed propagation characteristics of P. peduncularis （GrahamexBentham） Bentham in natural conditions. The result shows that： the seed coat of P. peduncularis （GrahamexBentham） Bentham is very thick and substantial , so it is not easy to propagate by nature. By means of experiment , it shows that ： the seeds should be soaked by concentrated sulfuric acid with consistency of 98% for 120 minutes. At this time, the germination percentage is hightest at 70%, to deal with the seed coat by mechanical method, the rate of emergence reaches 94%.
