摘　　要：本文报导了沥青防腐管在线质量检测系统的研制及应用。介绍了该系统的组成及工作原理。分析了其中关键组成单元的技术方案。实验表明，系统在沥青防腐管生产线上能可靠地工作，测量迅速，精度高。In this paper, the design and applications of an on-line quality test system for bitumen-lined anticorrosive pipes are presented, the structure, principles, and the technical scheme of key units of the system are described. Results of applications of the system on the production line of anti- corrosive pipes show that this system is of reliable performance, high efficiency of testing, and high accuracy. Automatic on-line testing in the production processes of anti-corrosive pipelines is therefore realized.
