摘　　要：近年来,云南省孟连县毒品违法犯罪的发展态势已得到一定控制,但时有反弹的案件高发率反映禁毒斗争形势依然严峻。面对禁毒戒毒工作中的诸多挑战和亟待有效强化的禁毒对策,应着力夯实基础,务求实效,积极推进禁毒人民战争的深入开展。The drugs- related crimes situation in Yunnan Meng Lian county. However, the high rate of relapse on such cases still reflect the grim drugs control work situation. In the face of the challenges and the strategies need to be strengthened, we should exert ourselves to consolidate the foundations, while pursuing actual effects, further actively proceeding the People＇ s War Against Drugs.
