摘 要:为了解吉林省不同地区猪场仔猪大肠杆菌的耐药性情况,实验采用Kirby—Bauer氏法(K—B法)测定了临床分离的132株致病性大肠杆菌对22种抗菌药物的耐药性,继而通过平皿二倍稀释法测定了其中的40株多重耐药性大肠杆菌对6种常用抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,132株大肠杆菌均表现出不同程度的耐药,并且多数为多重耐药株,其中的40株多重耐药大肠杆菌对6种常用抗菌素的耐药率在31.3%-93.8%之间。这些结果为临床大肠杆菌病的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。In order to understand the drug resistance characters of Escherichia coil in piglets of Jilin Province different area pig fann, K - B method of 22 kinds of chug reagent was used to conduct the drug susceptibility test, Mini- mum inhibitor7 concentration (MIC) was detected 6 frequently used antibiotic drags resistant to 40 pathogenic E. coil strains by fiat plate two- fold dilution assay. The results showed that different drug resistant level of the 132 strains was displayed. The result of MIC showed the drug resistant rate of 40 pathogenic E. coil strains to 6 drugs from 31.3% to 93.8%. The results were provided theory for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
