摘  要:以七水合硫酸锌、氨水、硼酸为原料,采用水浴加热法合成硼酸锌,研究了配料比、液固比、加热时间、加热温度等因素对硼酸锌产品种类的影响,并通过差热分析、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对合成产品进行表征。实验结果表明:当反应温度为90℃,反应时间为10 h时,配料比为6.44,液固比为13.72,合成产品为七水合硼酸锌。The zinc borate was synthesized through water- bath heating synthesis using heptahydrate zinc sulfate, ammonia and boric acid as raw materials and the affection on the material quota ratio, the ratio of liquid to solid, heating time and heating temperature to the zinc borate's type was studied too in this paper. The characterization of synthetic product was expressed through heat difference analysis, scanning electrical mirror and X my diffraction, the experiment result shows that the synthetic product will be the heptahydrate zinc borate when the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, reaction time 10 hours, material quote ratio 6.44 and liquid to solid ratio 13.72.
