摘　　要：自实行双向选择、自主择业以来,我国大学生就业难现象已成为社会关注的焦点。就业难虽然可以从一定程度上锻炼大学生增长解决问题的能力,但是它给大学生心理上造成的负面影响也不容忽视。Since the implementation of the mutual or independent job choice, the phenomenon of the difficulty of the college students＇ employment has become the social focus. The difficultly of employment may help the college students improve their ability of solving problems, but it also exerts negative influence on college students＇ psychology which we cannot neglect.
